About the Role

We are seeking a driven Marketing Innovation Lead to spearhead the development of new food products. Based at our Carole Park office, this exciting role will involve leading the charge in identifying emerging consumer needs and turning them into innovative market-ready solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life, leveraging your expertise in food trends, sustainability, and consumer-driven innovation.

  • Conduct thorough market research to inform innovation strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute a product innovation roadmap that aligns with business goals and sustainability commitments.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to develop and launch new products.
  • Lead multiple innovation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food product development or innovation.
  • A proven track record of launching successful food products.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Possess a passion for food trends, sustainability, and consumer-driven innovation.
