This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Food Safety Specialist in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will interact with various stakeholders, including management, production, and supervisory personnel, to achieve desired quality levels.
Your day-to-day tasks will include checking products against specifications and food safety standards, interacting with regulatory bodies, and participating in internal and external audits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting on product quality and safety
- Interacting with stakeholders to achieve quality goals
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Participating in audits and inspections
About You
- You have previous experience in a similar QA role within the food industry
- You hold relevant qualifications, such as AUS-Meat levels of competency
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You have basic supervisory skills and are able to prioritize and multi-task
- You have excellent attention to detail and are able to work autonomously and within a team environment
