About The Role

We are looking for a curious and creative individual who blends insights, trends, and culinary creativity to deliver standout solutions that align with our strategic goals and sustainability values.

  • Identify and analyse food trends, consumer behaviours, and market gaps to inform innovation strategy.
  • Develop and execute a product innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and sustainability commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Marketing) to bring new products to life.
  • Lead and manage multiple innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in food product development or innovation.
  • Proven track record of launching successful food products.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
