We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our team as an Office Supervisor. This key role will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager and assuming the manager's role in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Practice Manager: Provide assistance to the Practice Manager, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and undertaking administrative tasks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the administration team, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Clinical Governance: Support the Practice Manager in maintaining practice clinical governance and safety protocols.

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a medical/clinical environment
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an office administration setting.
