Senior Pharmacist Position Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will champion culturally responsive, patient-centred pharmacy care across South Australia. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacist – Aboriginal Health to deliver high-level pharmacy services, lead service improvements, and drive cultural change within the healthcare system.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated pharmacist with hospital experience and a passion for improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. You will have strong leadership and clinical judgement skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and cultural responsiveness compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
