Job Summary

This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community. The Pharmacist Manager will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, medication management and patient consultations.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years' experience in community pharmacy in Australia, with strong knowledge of 8CPA services and QCPP compliance. They will also possess confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and team development.

About the Role

  • Lead a team in delivering professional services such as MedsChecks, vaccinations, medication management and patient consultations.
  • Manage budgets, drive KPIs, and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in community pharmacy in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of 8CPA services and QCPP compliance.
  • Confident leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and team development.
