
Clinical Leadership Role

This is a key leadership role within our clinical pharmacy team. We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our dispensary operations and ensure the safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of pharmacists in the dispensary, ensuring high standards of service and care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dispensary efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with clinicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
- Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
