Job Title: Childcare Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Childcare Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop quality programs for children aged 0-12 years old
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare service
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Completed Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification
  • Sound experience in program development and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Current Blue Card
