We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Coordinator to join our organization.

About the Role

The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day running of our operations and management of a team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing quality programs that cater to children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reporting requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with families and the school community to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Completed or actively studying relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People or willingness to obtain.
