Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a Coordinator position at our Gabbinbar Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.

This is a full-time opportunity for an individual who has completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching, with a minimum Diploma of Children's Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, including managing a team of Educators and ensuring compliance with policy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of quality programs tailored to meet the needs of children and families.
  • Management of day-to-day operations, including staffing and rostering.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking administrative requirements as necessary.
  • Working collaboratively with families and the school community to provide a safe and supportive environment for all children.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound experience in assisting with programming, and a passion for providing quality childcare.

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a high level of organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are also essential qualities for this role.
