Job Title: Asset Data Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Asset Data Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy in location, condition, and specifications, in line with NSW Health guidelines.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment;
• Ensuring accuracy in location, condition, and specifications, in line with NSW Health guidelines;
• Working with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning;
• Upholding data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
Key qualifications include:
• A high level of conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information from numerous sources;
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of infrastructure, plant, and equipment, including type assets and statutory requirements;
• Proven technical experience in one or more multiple areas, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant & equipment;
• Demonstrated ability to capture, interrogate, report on large fields of data;
• Proven time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to deliver high-quality output within agreed timeframes;
• The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment;
