About You

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as an Asset Management Coordinator or experience in a similar role, as well as:

  • 4–5 years' experience in asset management (retirement living or aged care preferred)
  • Strong understanding of NSW Retirement Village Legislation and Secretarial Guidelines, particularly in relation to Asset Management Plans
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communicator and adaptable team player
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders and residents
  • Familiar with contracts and property management principles
  • Willing to travel to various villages across the region as required
  • Valid Australian Drivers licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
