Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a database for hardware assets using ServiceNow, producing reports to support effective management of ICT assets.
  • Liaise with internal and external service providers to coordinate the deployment and management of ICT assets.
  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders on asset requests and disposal, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify the impact of changing technology and software models on legacy and new environments to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Manage stock distribution and shipping logistics for all incoming and outgoing ICT assets.
About the Team

The Customer Engagement team is focused on delivering personalized digital experiences to NSW customers. This role will be part of the broader team, focusing on business automation and customer experience uplift for 16k+ customers.
