Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Contracts Administrator to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a part-time telework position with at least three days of in-person attendance per week.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist the Project Manager in administering prime contracts for complex projects. Your key responsibilities will include establishing the contract baseline, developing and maintaining prime contract management processes, and supporting analysis of the prime contract general terms and conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and document the contract baseline, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimates, proposals, schedules, and other incorporated documents.
  • Develop and maintain records and systems required by customers and partners, including tools for managing key issues and bespoke contract requirements.
  • Analyze the prime contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of potential risk and support remedial actions as necessary.
  • Establish a project prime contract change management procedure and prepare and negotiate change orders as directed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
  • Law degree preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Bechtel offers a market-aligned salary package, annual discretionary performance bonus scheme, and private health cover, among other benefits.
