Job Opportunity:

A seasoned risk professional with expertise in transformation, regulatory engagement, and enforceable undertakings is sought to lead our organization's risk uplift journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance risk culture, compliance, and controls
  • Engage with regulators (e.g. APRA, ASIC) and internal governance teams
  • Lead stakeholder management and communications activities
  • Track outcomes, report on progress, and ensure sustained change
  • Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Exec stakeholders across the business

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in Change Management (5+ in senior roles)
  • Strong background in risk, compliance, and regulatory change – within banking
  • Direct experience with enforceable undertakings or regulatory remediation programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience working with or within APRA/ASIC-regulated environments
