Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager

This role focuses on delivering exceptional corporate travel solutions that streamline and enhance our clients' travel programs. We are a dynamic and growing company committed to providing top-notch service and innovative travel solutions. As a Corporate Travel Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our company and our corporate clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience and optimising travel programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique travel needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Account Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, coordinating travel services and ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Travel Program Optimisation: Analyse client travel patterns and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve travel program efficiency.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure the best terms and rates for clients.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any travel-related issues or challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' travel plans.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular performance reports and insights on travel spend and compliance, and recommend strategies for program enhancements.
- Program Implementation: Assist in implementing new travel programs or policies, including client training on travel procedures and best practices.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and travel regulations to offer clients informed recommendations and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including travel consultants and operations, to ensure effective execution of client travel programs.
- Client Education: Educate clients on travel policies, tools, and best practices to enhance their overall travel experience and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel space or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum experience of 2+ Account Management experience with a Corporate Travel setting.
