About the Role

This Therapist position is an exciting opportunity to provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to individuals in need.

As a key member of our team, you will work with diverse clients across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, supporting them with mental health challenges.

You will deliver six online therapy sessions per day, helping clients develop self-management strategies and achieve positive mental health outcomes.

We offer a multidisciplinary team environment with access to regular supervision and escalation pathways when needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy to clients within a stepped care model.
  2. Conduct six online therapy sessions per day.
  3. Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally safe and inclusive support.
  4. Assist clients in developing self-regulation strategies and achieving their mental health goals.
  5. Consult with internal and external health and wellbeing providers to implement individualised care plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and comprehensive case notes in compliance with best practice standards.
  7. Engage in regular clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance activities to ensure high professional standards.
