**Occupational Therapist Role**We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role will involve working exclusively in our NSW CTP or Workers Compensation portfolios, supporting claimants to return to work, function, and life with all of our CTP Insurer partners in NSW.
**Responsibilities:**Manage a portfolio of clients who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident in NSW.Commencing with our CTP or with our Workers Compensation specific assessments including predominantly Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Initial Needs Assessments for Return to Work and Return to Independence.Have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients with varying complexity and injury types to provide client centred / goal-based recovery recommendations.Work closely with Insurer IMAs, Treatment Providers, Employers and other key stakeholders to support best practice rehabilitation and establish a reputation for efficient and effective service delivery.Build and manage relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers including opportunities for short-term in-house secondments.We are flexible with working hours, and we have scope for a full time or part time role based at any of our Metro Sydney offices.If you are looking to relocate from interstate, we can offer relocation assistance.
**About You:**An Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration).Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation (preferred).Excellent communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.A current Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
