Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sydney. As a Mobile Occupational Therapist, you will work independently to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Assessments and Treatment Plans: Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for clients with various needs.
  • Therapy Programs: Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve client function and quality of life.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • AHPRA Registration
  • ABN
  • Business Structure (Sole Trader / Company / Trust)
  • Superannuation Details (Fund Name, USI, and Membership Number) - only required if operating as a sole trader
  • National Police Certificate
  • Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Passport
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Flu Vaccination Documentation
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Documentation

We also require payment information prior to commencing work. You have the option to choose between fixed rates or setting your own rates.
