Branch Operations Manager

JUCY Rentals is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our soon-to-be Darwin location. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring our branch and workshop run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and bookings.
- Deliver business objectives within the annual budget, focusing on branch and workshop performance.
- Oversee budget management and control expenditure.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Minimum 2 years of people management and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high customer service and leading a high-performing team.
- Experience in driving sales, including rental and ancillary sales.
- Proven background in driving change and improving processes.
- Excellent budget management skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for managing a busy operation.
- Proven experience in managing workshops and/or fleet management.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance.
- A full driver's license.
