Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage our soon-to-be Darwin branch, ensuring smooth operations and effective processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee branch operations, including fleet management, vehicle repairs, and maintenance.
- Deliver and champion business plans and strategic objectives within annual budget.
- Manage budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Minimum 2 years people management and leadership experience.
- Experience in delivering high customer service and leading a high-performing team.
- Proven background in driving sales and change management.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for managing a busy operation.
- Proven experience in managing workshops and fleet management.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance and sales experience.
- Experience in rental campers/cars and tourism preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
