About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Talent & Culture Strategies
    • Prepare and communicate annual talent & culture strategies to support business goals
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and performance
  • Manage Employee Relations
    • Manage employee relations functions, including industrial relations, award interpretation, employment contracts, position descriptions, performance management, and rewards management
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to department heads on people management
  • Lead and Mentor Team Members
    • Lead and mentor team members, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth
    • Conduct annual training needs analysis and prepare a hotel training strategy
  • Manage Rewards and Recognition Programs
    • Manage rewards and recognition programs, ensuring they are effectively promoted around the hotel
    • Promote Accor's commitment to social responsibility and sustainability
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
    • Proven experience in senior-level human resources management roles within dynamic and busy environments
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and ability to leverage them for timely reporting and accuracy of information
    • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
