We are seeking a skilled Equine Professional to join our team as a Horse Trainer/Breaker. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in breaking horses, with excellent riding and education skills for young thoroughbreds.

This is a full-time employment opportunity, requiring 38 hours of work per week.

  • Understand and carry out exceptional horse welfare knowledge
  • Educate young horses on the ground and barrier education
  • Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods specific to the thoroughbred industry
  • Proven ability to train and educate young and older horses
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to produce reports and videos
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses
