  • Acting as a friendly and informative first point of contact for inquiries related to our courses and volunteer participation.
  • Collaborating with the program manager to create and update course materials.
  • Planning and coordinating engaging events, workshops, site visits, and more.
  • Managing group calendars, overseeing correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
  • Working with the volunteer manager to maintain accurate volunteer records.
  • Ensuring the comfort and safety of our veterans during courses by assisting in the coordination and preparation of on-site accommodation.
