Job Description

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for assisting and supporting employees and managers with general HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities within their dedicated region.

  • Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders.
  • Participating in the transition to a new human resources information system (HRIS).
  • Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll system.
  • Active involvement and mentoring in disciplinary matters and performance management.
  • HR administration; including maintaining electronic personnel files, documentation and onboarding preparations.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting and supporting employees and managers with HR enquiries and tasks.
  2. Preparing contracts and documentation, and liaising with stakeholders.
  3. Managing employee data in the payroll system.
  4. Supporting disciplinary matters and performance management.
  5. Administering HR processes, including filing and onboarding.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR role in a multi-site business environment.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent administration abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a professional manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
