Mirvac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partner for the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Fund Manager, working closely with them to drive business growth and success.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about the BTR sector and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Fund Manager, including preparing reports, managing emails, and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, developers, and contractors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of education and relevant work experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
