Job Description

The National Construction Manager will lead site installations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and quality outcomes for customers.

This is a critical role in delivering high-quality installations while driving continuous improvement and best practices.

  • Lead and support construction site and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure safety-first culture at all site installations.
  • Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Solid grounding in OHS&E principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
