Job Opportunity: AV Site Supervisor

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to oversee and coordinate AV installation activities across multiple project sites.

  • Lead and supervise a team of installers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise in AV system setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an AV Site Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and installation experience.

Essential Requirements:

  • A current Driver's License and Construction White Card.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Working at Heights.
  • EWIP Certification.
  • ACA Cabling License.
  • Working with Children Check.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
