We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Site Technician.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that commercial bathroom installations meet high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair issues with commercial bathroom installations.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship through caulking, cleaning, grouting, carpentry, tiling, and glazing.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards.
  • Liaise effectively with project managers, coordinators, and clients.
  • Log hours daily, maintain defect registers, and submit reports using provided systems.
  • Accurately forecast and request materials.
  • Lead and manage additional labour when required.
Requirements
  • Ideal background in construction, building, or general handyman work.
  • Experience with large-scale or high-end commercial projects is an advantage.
  • Qualified candidates who understand when to call in a specialist will also be considered.
