Job Role: Superannuation Administrator

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced Superannuation Administrator to join our team, responsible for processing all assigned work within contracted SLAs.
  • The successful candidate will ensure accuracy and quality in their work, identifying areas that impact their ability to meet commitments and providing support to team members to achieve targeted performance.
  • This role involves advocating for continuous improvement, working with Stream Leads and Operations Support specialists to identify risks and defects, and ensuring all risks and incidents are raised immediately.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be based in Melbourne or Sydney, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all assigned work within contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in work, identifying areas that impact ability to meet commitments.
  • Provide support to team members to achieve targeted performance.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, working with Stream Leads and Operations Support specialists.
  • Raise all risks and incidents immediately with Stream Lead or Leader.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Superannuation Administrator role.
  • Based in Melbourne or Sydney.
