Job Description

The role of an Associate is designed to support experienced Financial Advisers by delivering exceptional client service, tailored financial solutions, and high-quality administrative and compliance assistance. This enables a seamless client experience and contributes to the overall success of the team.

The Associate serves as a key point of contact for the Financial Advisers. The primary focus is on providing client support, building and maintaining positive relationships, and delivering high-quality administrative assistance and compliance advice. Additionally, the Associate helps create tailored financial solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to the overall success of the team.

This unique career opportunity is ideal for ambitious individuals aspiring to excel as Financial Advisers or Risk Advisors. Under the mentorship of senior advisors, this role is designed to set an individual on a pathway to becoming accomplished advisers or specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively communicate with clients to determine their needs
  2. Assist Advisers/Partners in providing strategic financial planning and risk insurance advice
  3. Prepare pre-appointment work and participate in client meetings with Advisers/Partners
  4. Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry legislation, regulation, and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • FASEA approved degree
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role in Financial Planning & Risk Insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Able to work and thrive in a team environment
