As part of our Trade Counter team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople by providing them with the products they need to undertake major projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve:

  • Delivering products to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Managing stock and inventory to maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering product-related queries and offering expert advice.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by adhering to company standards and protocols.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Can effectively manage stock, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information.
  • Is proficient in using computers and willing to learn new systems.
  • Has a clean, valid driver's license and a Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
  • Is eager to develop their career within our company, either locally, within our network, or at our head office.
