Civil Foreman

At SEE Group, we're seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our Urban Development teams in the Caboolture region. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that involves working closely with the Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day on-site activities and deliver effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to plan and execute construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure budgetary compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management, with a strong background in plant operation, construction, and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and quantify project plans, standards, and specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
