About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our Urban Development team on projects across the Greater Moreton Bay region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance on the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective programming and construction methodologies to ensure project milestones are met and compliance is maintained.
  • Conduct quality assurance and ensure safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in engineering, construction, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project, with experience in contract administration and negotiation.
