As part of our Trade Counter team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople by providing them with the products they need to undertake major projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Delivering products to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Managing stock and inventory to maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure seamless customer service.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering product-related queries and offering expert advice.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual who:
- Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is proficient in using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
- Has a clean, valid driver's license and a forklift license (preferred but not essential).
- Is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
