Project Coordinator Opportunity

About This Role

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to drive projects to agreed outcomes.
  • Show a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, task coordination and ensure project compliance.
  • Ensure project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Manage client relationships and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for employee coordination, procurement, equipment management and subcontractor supervision.
  • Coach, mentor and train staff, addressing performance issues and developing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly valued.
  • Strong skills in managing client relationships and building positive partnerships.
  • Proven ability to establish effective relationships with subcontractors.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership abilities.
