Key Role: Onsite Leasing Specialist

Our esteemed organization is seeking an accomplished Onsite Leasing Specialist to enhance our high-end residential building's operations in Brisbane CBD.

The ideal candidate will oversee all tenancy matters, including scheduling inspections and conducting open homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling tenant inquiries with exceptional communication skills
  • Organizing inspection schedules
  • Conducting private and open home inspections
  • Managing application processes
  • Coordinating landlord and tenant interactions

For this prestigious role, we seek a highly organized individual with strong organizational skills and excellent telephone etiquette. The selected applicant will work closely with our team to ensure seamless building operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

  • Minimum 6+ months of experience in a similar capacity
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
  • Corporate presentation and interpersonal skills
