Building Manager

Meriton Building Manager, onsite position in QLD Building Management. The role includes on-site training and taking full responsibility for managing a residential building.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents
- 1-2 years of experience in building or property management
- Strong knowledge of Strata and Body Corporate processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Saturdays (4 hours) when required and be available for occasional after-hours emergencies
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude

Candidates must have relevant local experience and full-time work rights in Australia. Successful candidate must be able to provide a current police clearance.
