As a Digital Transformation Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs within a Federal Government Department.

About the Role:
  • Lead the execution and delivery of complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders using agile techniques, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage multiple teams delivering multiple concurrent projects, making changes to existing systems and building new capabilities, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee program risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits management at the whole of program level, minimizing potential roadblocks and maximizing ROI.
  • Unify the views of senior executives, external industry stakeholders, and departmental staff on the development of products that deliver the program's vision and goals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in large-scale digital program execution and delivery, proven ability as a Program Delivery Manager, and excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
