The Senior Marketing Cloud Journey Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey experience, leveraging their expertise to craft engaging and personalised multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, identify pain points and design optimised journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop, test and deploy complex multi-channel customer journeys, including decision splits, A/B testing, reporting and optimisation.
- Host stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions to drive innovation and shape business outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from design through to reporting and insights.
- Ensure adherence to governance and testing programs to maintain accuracy, compliance and best practice in customer communications.
- Proven communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey design, build and optimisation.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable campaigns and reporting packs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
- Technical capability with tools such as SQL, Data Design, AMPscript, HTML/CSS or related platforms.
