Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Billing Specialist in Melbourne's inner suburbs.

The role involves working as part of a high-performing team, undertaking various tasks including billing and debtor functions, ensuring accurate account raising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking all billing and debtor functions relating to patient accounts
  • Ensuring accurate raising of accounts in accordance with relevant contracts
  • Undertaking debtor follow-up functions for unpaid accounts
  • Receiving payments from health funds and reconciling with banking statements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a billing or debtor role spanning at least 6 months
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Contract Details: This position is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate start required.
