
Revenue Growth Expert

We are seeking a customer-centric professional to drive revenue growth and feature adoption across our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their complete utilisation of our features.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to understanding our feature set and value proposition, and analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Proactively engage with customers using various outreach methods, surpassing call and connect quotas each week.
- Directly contribute to revenue targets by achieving OKRs, showing growth in feature adoption across your customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, working to retain existing ones and reduce churn.
- Evaluate account activities in Salesforce CRM, reviewing customer feedback to inform product utilisation.
- Analyse data to identify common themes and provide valuable insights to customers and peers.
- Collate and report customer feedback regarding features and requests.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to share valuable insights with customers and peers.
- Report trends noticed within your customer base.
