We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST LEAD to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with our clients' customers, providing timely resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.

About the Role:

  • This is a casual opportunity with varied start dates.
  • The hourly rate for this position is competitive, with potential incentives for high performers.
  • You must be able to work between 10am and 8pm, with shift preferences accommodated whenever possible.
  • Monday availability is mandatory, and weekend hours may be required depending on client needs.
  • You will need to commit to a paid full-time training program for four weeks.
  • This is a fixed-term contract until the end of November, with the possibility of extension.
  • In time, you may have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid role, balancing onsite and remote work requirements.
  • You will be eligible for monthly rewards and recognition programs, as well as celebrations with fun themed days.

  • Our office is conveniently located in the heart of Springfield, close to transportation, shopping, and amenities.

Please note that this role is based in Australia, and candidates must meet specific requirements to qualify:

  • Hold current Australian Citizenship;
  • Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance (at no cost); and
  • Have lived in Australia for the past five consecutive years (a five-year footprint).
