Recycling Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recycling Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and functionality in field assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement strategies, ensuring strong customer-focused relationships are maintained throughout.

This role requires extensive travel throughout the region, training contractors and staff on benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity.

As a Recycling Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving performance through people and technology to create agile and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and address operational deficiencies in field assets
  2. Work with management to implement improvement strategies and maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality
  3. Train and educate contractors and staff on benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity
  4. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with established procedures
