**Sustainability Leadership Role**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our organisation’s sustainability approach across three key areas: environment, emissions, and education & reporting.

This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to establish a sustainable business approach, delivering strategically relevant projects that drive progress, and ensuring compliance with environmental systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a sustainable business approach in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver a range of strategically relevant projects that drive the organisation’s overall progress against all three key areas.
  • Ensure compliance for environmental systems and practices through the development of a Sustainability Management System.
  • Support and communicate with relevant stakeholders across all sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a sustainability or related role.
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of manuals, policies, and practices.
  • Strong stakeholder partnering and negotiation skills, to drive key outcomes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
