We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team in Cairns. As a Cocktail Curator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with guests, create memorable experiences, and deliver exceptional service.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service, as well as a strong passion for their craft. They will possess excellent attention to detail, be able to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a timely manner, and have a natural energy with a fun and positive attitude.

The successful candidate will be required to commit to a minimum of 6 months' work, along with relevant experience in high-end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
