Role Purpose:
We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Collection in our award-winning venues here in the Cairns CBD.We are proud to offer exceptional food and beverage experiences to all our guests and welcome applications from individuals with the experience in mixology and high-end bar service.
All positions reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.

As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by:
Demonstrate experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
An absolute passion for your craft
A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
A natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
