THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor for Flynn's Italian to join our supportive hotel team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be knowledgeable about food and drinks, assist in leading the team, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

You will:

  • Create an outstanding employment experience for Food and Beverage staff
  • Provide warm, genuine service
  • Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns, coaching your team to do the same
  • Offer on-the-job coaching and training to Food & Drink Guides

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious restaurant supervisor who:

  • Has considerable experience in premium restaurant environments
  • Has previous supervisory experience
  • Is passionate about high-quality service in hospitality
  • Possesses great attention to detail and anticipates guest needs
  • Has in-depth product and service knowledge
  • Is willing to take on ad-hoc duties as required
  • Can prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Has friendly, confident communication skills
  • Has wine knowledge (preferred)
  • Holds a valid QLD RSA
  • Is available across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Can commit to a minimum of 6 months
