We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant in our Fitzroy Outlet. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our customers. They will be proactive, using initiative to answer questions and provide solutions.
Clear and upbeat communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Flexibility is also required, with the ability to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.
Previous fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Assisting customers with purchases and answering product-related queries.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
