Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage change initiatives, driving alignment between transformation goals and project execution.

The primary focus is on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communication. You will also have project management responsibilities to ensure seamless and successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with business goals and assess the impact of changes on employees and the organization.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs that facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
  • Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables and support the planning and delivery of projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organizational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal certification in change management will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to develop and leverage relationships with various stakeholders to understand change needs, develop appropriate change plans, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
